No. You can apply for financial aid any time after October 1. To actually receive funds, however, you must be admitted and enrolled at the university.

You will have the opportunity to accept or decline each part of your aid package later. Leaving these boxes unchecked will not increase the amount of 奖助金 you receive.
是的. If you are receiving any kind of financial aid beyond university or government sources, you must report the scholarship to the financial aid office.
Your financial aid package may need to be adjusted to compensate for the outside funding to not exceed your cost of attendance. Typically, scholarships of $1,000 or less do not require adjustments to the Centre grant.

If your financial circumstances are such that you would not be able to pay your entire student account balance at the start of each semester, we encourage you to complete the FAFSA and Centre 援助 form. These applications determine your eligibility for a wide range of aid options, up to and including unsubsidized Stafford and PLUS 贷款, both of which are available regardless of need.
